Wyresdale Park Wedding Photographer
One of my favourite rural wedding venues, Wyresdale Park in Lancashire has it all! Nestled in the western slopes of the Forest of Bowland this idyllic and tranquil wedding venue was the perfect setting for the wedding of the beautiful Tom & Alice.
I’ve been lucky enough to photograph many weddings at this wonderful venue now and each time I return it gives me more fantastic moments to capture.
Wedding at Wyresdale Park
One of the many things I love about this wedding venue is just how logistically easy the mornings and getting ready chapters are. Tom & Alice both got ready, separately, on site meaning a much more relaxed start to the day. I started off my day hanging with Tom and his Groomsmen in the Nook before getting some photos of his transition into his groom attire. I then made my way over to the Grand Manor House where Alice and her entourage had spent the night before and were in the process of getting ready for the day ahead.
A very short walk for Alice and her bridesmaids led her to the picturesque Ceremony Barn where her groom-to-be was eagerly awaiting her arrival. The ceremony was just perfect and led seamlessly into one of my favourite parts of the day - the drinks reception. Always filled with brilliant moments from hugs and high fives to lots of drinking, smiles and laughter the drinks reception gives me so many incredible moments to photograph.
Couples Portraits on the Lake
Following the Wedding Breakfast in the wonderful White Barn Tom, Alice and myself nipped off for a short respite to create some portraits of the two of them down by the lake. Jumping in a boat Tom nervously led Alice for a romantic row around the lake before heading back to the Party Barn for their first dance as the new Mr and Mrs.
This wedding was fabulous from start to finish and it was such an honour to document it for Tom & Alice.
If you are planning a Wedding at Wyresdale Park then I’d love to hear from you!
